Outfield is an important as any other position.
If young players are not properly taught the Correct Fundamentals of the position, then the results can be very costly.
In my Summer Camps, various drills are once again used to allow the young players to enjoy what they are doing, while, at the same time, building these “Solid Fundamentals”.
They enjoy the Drills that they are doing so much, that they may not even realize the improvements that they are making.
Enjoyment of what one is doing is a wonderful motivator. Remember it's called "Play Ball".
I reinforce Correct Fundamentals throughout all of my Baseball Summer Camps.
